Apptegy, a US-based education technology company, is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to build durable, fast-moving solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will design AI-powered workflows that connect people, processes, and tools across finance and operations.

You will work hands-on with Claude and Claude Code, N8N, Glean, and direct API work against NetSuite, Salesforce, and Snowflake to automate and scale how the company operates, while collaborating with leaders to drive

Qualifikationen

2–4+ years experience in technical, operations, or automation-focused roles.
Experience integrating systems via APIs and webhooks.
Hands-on experience with AI tooling and automation platforms.
Deep knowledge of at least one enterprise data model.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Aufgaben

Partner with process owners to map current workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows that scale across the org.
Build durable integrations using APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python.
Maintain automation inventory and publish reusable primitives and templates.
