Job summary

Scale Army Careers seeks an AI Workflow Specialist to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-powered automations across accounting, purchasing, operations, and customer support. You will audit current workflows, map friction points, and develop a prioritized automation roadmap with end-to-end ownership.

This fully remote role runs on EST business hours and reports directly to the founder. You will work with non-technical teams to translate problems into practical automation projects using Claude

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI automations in a business setting used by other teams.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical automation solutions.
• End-to-end automation project ownership from audit to rollout.
• Experience reconciling data across multiple systems or sources.
• Familiarity with multi-channel e-commerce/order platforms is a plus.
• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit manual workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation across departments.
• Automate accounting workflows starting with credit card reconciliation.
• Create a consolidated reporting layer from 7–8 data sources.
• Automate invoice reconciliation between order management and QuickBooks.
• Prioritize automation opportunities based on business impact.
• Own AI-powered customer support and improve the knowledge base.
