Qualifications

• Hands-on scripting and automation experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Practical experience with LLM prompt engineering and evaluating outputs.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and internal tools.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical designs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts and multi-step AI workflows for sales and internal processes.
• Build and optimize workflow logic with routing and evaluation steps.
• Develop internal tools and automations using Python/JavaScript.
• Prototype AI-assisted applications from idea to usable solution.
• Create testing methods to measure output quality and impact.
• Diagnose problems, map workflows, and iterate toward practical solutions.
• Identify inefficiencies in sales handoffs and QA processes and improve them.
