Job summary

Elite Insurance Partners is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to design and build AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools that improve how our sales organization operates. You will combine practical software development with LLM prompt engineering, workflow design, and rapid prototyping to translate rough business problems into working solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on scripting and automation using Python or JavaScript.
Experience with LLM prompt engineering, testing and iteration.
Experience building AI-enabled workflows, internal tools, or automation solutions.
Ability to break down ambiguous business problems and prototype solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and refine prompts and multi-step AI workflows for sales and internal processes.
Engineer workflow logic including chaining, conditionals, routing, and evaluation steps.
Build internal tools and automations using Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Prototype working applications using AI-assisted development and iterate toward useful solutions.
Document decisions, workflows, and testing approaches for maintainability.
