Job summary

Elite Insurance Partners is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to empower the sales team with AI-powered tools and streamlined workflows. This hybrid role in Tampa emphasizes prompts, automation, and practical AI solutions that improve efficiency.

You will independently test ideas, map workflows, and build internal tools to translate business needs into tangible improvements for sales, operations, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools to build workflows, automations, prototypes, or internal solutions.
• Comfort building lightweight scripts or no-code/low-code automations with AI assistance.
• Exposure to LLM prompt engineering or strong aptitude to learn quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through incomplete requirements.
• Self-starter mindset with ownership to improve inefficient processes.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to nontechnical teams.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune prompts and AI-enabled workflows to improve AI output quality.
• Test prompt and workflow changes and track improvements to quality.
• Build lightweight internal tools and automations using AI platforms.
• Map workflows for ambiguous problems and deliver working results.
• Identify inefficiencies in sales handoffs and QA processes and implement improvements.
• Partner with sales teams to drive adoption of AI-enabled products and tools.
• Translate sales feedback into clear workflow improvements or product requirements.
• Create process maps or specifications for engineering when needed.
• Document workflows, decisions, and best practices for maintenance and scaling.
