Job summary

Toast is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist for Web within Marketing Operations AI to accelerate web production and improve site conversion using AI workflows. You’ll standardize intake, optimize Contentful-based processes, and partner with Legal, Brand, and Privacy to set guardrails for public-site AI.

You’ll also design experiments, measure impact with clear success metrics, and help shape Toast’s AI standards across marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web operations, web production, CRO/growth, marketing tech or solutions engineering with hands-on AI building.
• Shipped AI agents or automated workflows used by teams daily.
• Experience redesigning a website production process (CMS, intake, review, release; Contentful preferred).
• Experience designing experiments and tying website changes to pipeline.
• Experience with evals, monitoring and guardrails for customer-facing AI.
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical teams; able to train others and work independently end to end.

Responsibilities

• Map the page and production process, including SEO and Brand checkpoints; build AI workflows to reduce cycle time and rework.
• Standardize requirements intake with templates and automated briefs.
• Improve Contentful workflows and its plugins in collaboration with Web Platform engineering.
• Identify bottlenecks in the web scrum from prioritization to deployment.
