Toast is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist for Web on the Marketing Operations AI team. You will build AI workflows to speed web production and increase website conversion, while driving AI adoption across marketing.

You’ll collaborate with Web Platform, CRO, PMM, SEO, Legal and Brand, owning end-to-end CMS-to-release processes, and setting guardrails with Legal and Privacy. This hybrid US role offers opportunities to shape Toast’s AI standards.

Formación

• 5+ years in web operations, web production, CRO/growth, marketing technology or solutions engineering, with recent hands-on AI building.
• Shipped AI agents or automated workflows that teams use every day.
• Experience running or redesigning a website production process (CMS, intake, review, release). Contentful preferred.
• Experience designing experiments and tying website changes to pipeline.
• Experience with evals, monitoring and guardrails for customer-facing AI.
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical teams, works independently end to end.

Responsabilidades

• Map the page and copy the production process, including SEO, PMM, Legal and Brand checkpoints, and build AI workflows that cut cycle time and rework.
• Standardize requirements intake with templates, intake agents and automated briefs.
• Build efficiencies in Contentful, its plug-ins and connected tools with Web Platform engineering.
• Find and fix bottlenecks in the web scrum process, from prioritization through deployment.
• Assist in building AI-powered experiences that improve visit-to-opportunity conversion.
• Build first‑party AI tools for use on the Web, including prompts and evals.
• Configure and improve third‑party tools: on‑site chat, data enrichment, voice AI and personalization.
• Set guardrails for AI on the public website with Legal, Brand and Privacy.
• Define success metrics, run experiments to prove impact, and monitor live tools.
• Build reusable systems, and document playbooks so teams can run tools on their own.
• Share what works beyond the Web through demos, training and office hours, and help shape marketing’s AI standards and tools.
