This role focuses on supporting a single strategic enterprise customer’s computer vision deployment, becoming deeply familiar with their infrastructure, data pipelines, and workflows. The engineer acts as a trusted technical advisor and regional representative, running enablement sessions, maintaining a shared knowledge base, and diagnosing issues spanning edge devices, networking, cloud pipelines, and inference performance.
Candidates need 7+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals such as VPN, SSH, and firewalls, along with strong Bash and Python scripting skills. Hands-on experience with edge devices like Nvidia Jetson, Raspberry Pi, or industrial cameras is required, plus the ability to troubleshoot across the full computer vision pipeline from data to deployment. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are also expected.
The role requires being based in the United States, with flexibility to work from a company hub or home office. Occasional onsite visits to the customer may occur depending on need and location, and the engineer will generally align with the customer’s regional working hours, including participation in an on-call rotation.
