Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) in Paducah, KY is seeking a Business Analyst/Operations professional to run AI use-case intake, interview stakeholders, and map current-state workflows, including undocumented steps.

You will craft detailed use-case specifications and drive prioritization decisions. You will own and groom the backlog, ensuring clear requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria, while refining with partners and handing off only where a second discovery pass is unnecessary.

Qualifications

3-5 years in business analysis, product operations, process improvement, or transformation.
Experience running requirements with non-technical stakeholders and owning a backlog.
Ability to write specifications that others can build from.

Responsibilities

Run AI use case intake and serve as intake point for AI requests across the business.
Interview stakeholders and document current-state workflows, including undocumented steps.
Write the use case spec: problem, scope, data classification, success measure, effort estimate.
Assess feasibility and business value; prioritize or decline with reason.
Own and groom the backlog; maintain execution-ready backlog with clear requirements, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
Run refinement with build partners and hand off work not requiring a second discovery pass.
Maintain documentation for delivered capabilities for reuse.
Drive adoption by partnering with AI Adoption Manager and AI Champions.
