Job summary

Cass Information Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Analyst to partner with cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders. You will elicit, analyze, and refine requirements, translating business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for iterative Cass solutions.

The role leverages AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, data interpretation, and documentation workflows. You will contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release-level deliverables,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of direct work experience in a Business Analyst or similar capacity, with exposure to Agile delivery environments preferred.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Partners with cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and refine requirements within iterative delivery frameworks.
Translates business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for sprint-based delivery of Cass solutions.
Authors and maintains Agile artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and specifications using AI-assisted documentation tools.
Defines acceptance criteria, creates behavior-driven test scenarios, and performs sprint-level acceptance testing (UAT).
Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, troubleshoots issues, and informs product decisions.
