Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of direct experience as a Business Analyst or similar, with exposure to Agile delivery environments.
CSPO, IIBA AAC, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and refine requirements within Agile delivery cycles.
Translate business needs into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support sprint-based delivery and backlogs with refined stories and release communications.
Author and maintain Agile artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, specs) using AI-assisted tools.
Analyze data with AI-enabled analytics and traditional tools to identify trends and inform product decisions.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define vision, sprint goals, and release deliverables.
Prepare refined user stories, story maps, and release notes to aid sprint planning.
Identify cross-team dependencies and escalate risks to maintain velocity.
Define acceptance criteria and perform sprint-level UAT for increments.
Contribute to continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
