Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and AI fundamentals.
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology consulting.
- Excellent communication and change-management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Platform) and prompt engineering for AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-value AI use cases by analyzing client workflows.
- Design AI-enabled solutions using Copilot and Power Platform tools.
- Contribute to AI governance, KPI definition, and responsible AI usage.
- Translate AI concepts into clear insights for executives; create demos and slides.
- Collaborate with analysts and client teams to ensure feasible, value-driven outcomes.
- Plan and deliver Copilot readiness workshops and change management activities.
