Job summary

Spectrum seeks an AI and Agentic Transformation Consultant to guide Data and AI strategy for enterprise clients. You’ll run discovery, design governance, and establish AI Centers of Excellence, balancing strategy with practical implementation across no-code, low-code, and pro-code approaches.

You’ll lead executive workshops, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to practice assets while traveling 50% to client sites and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive software/architecture experience.
• 5+ years in technology consulting with strategy and delivery.
• Leadership of AI and Data strategy engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud AI platform and familiarity with a second.
• Knowledge of agentic AI patterns and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive AI strategy sessions and workshops to define transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI governance frameworks and centers of excellence with operating models.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and business cases.
• Support pre-sales with scoping, design, and proposals alongside sales teams.
• Deliver as a technical SME across no-code to pro-code patterns and data platforms.
