Job summary

Capgemini Invent in New York is seeking an experienced consultant to lead AI and data transformation programs, independently managing governance, value realization, and stakeholder engagement workstreams.

You will collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to deliver AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, with a focus on responsible AI, ethics, privacy, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in management consulting, transformation delivery, or enterprise change programs.
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams.
• Experience supporting AI and agentic AI initiatives, including governance, adoption, and business readiness.
• Understanding of autonomous systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop target operating model components and governance forums.
• Build business cases, benefits dashboards, and financial trackers.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions.
• Prepare executive-ready steering committee materials.
• Coordinate across technical delivery teams to resolve dependencies.
• Coach junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals and reusable assets.
