Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a senior program leader for the AI Transformation team within Corporate Development. The role focuses on blueprinting AI opportunities, coordinating cross-functional workshops, and delivering executable plans with business units.

You will manage end-to-end AI programs, guide investment decisions, and build change management capabilities across departments, while tracking value, cost-to-serve, and ROI to inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in management consulting or transformation programs.
• Strong program management skills and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience leading AI or technology transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting sprints across AI initiatives with business departments.
• Support portfolio-level AI use-case prioritization and investment decisions.
• Project manage AI programs end-to-end from scoping to deployment.
• Develop enterprise change management frameworks and training.
• Coordinate program governance and reporting rhythms.
• Own portfolio analytics and KPI tracking for governance.
