Job summary

RWE in the United States is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, AI Transformation to lead the AI agenda from ambition to execution. You will partner with ELT, IT, and business units to deliver AI-enabled products that create measurable value and sustained adoption.

Based in an in-office hybrid role in Austin, you will drive cross-functional squads, establish success metrics, and guide data readiness for scalable AI platforms while aligning with long-term product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 7+ years in product management, digital delivery, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in agile or squad-based delivery models.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data science workflows.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery in squads.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in power, utilities, or clean energy sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap and delivery of AI and data products across cross-functional squads.
• Translate business problems into executable product scope and measurable releases.
• Define requirements and embed AI into operational workflows with measurable value.
• Define data requirements and ensure data readiness for AI model performance.
• Provide input on build vs. buy decisions and vendor evaluation.
• Define and monitor success metrics for model performance and adoption.
• Design experiments and feedback loops to continuously improve systems.
• Drive adoption strategies, enablement, and change management.
