Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC in Austin is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, AI transformation to lead the company’s AI agenda from ambition to execution.

You will own end-to-end AI and data product roadmaps, collaborate with ELT, IT, and business units, and translate trends into actionable opportunities. This in-office role with travel will drive adoption, define data requirements, measure success, and ensure AI capabilities deliver sustained business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 7+ years in product management or digital delivery in agile environments.
• Strong PM capabilities: roadmap, backlog, sprint planning, outcome tracking.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data science workflows.
• Ability to translate AI-driven visions into clear requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional squads.
• Excellent stakeholder management and risk trade-off skills.
• Experience in power/utility or clean energy sectors preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Miro.
• Office-based with travel to other offices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI/data product roadmap and delivery across squads.
• Translate business problems into executable product scope and backlogs.
• Embed AI into operations with measurable value and adoption.
• Define data requirements with platform owners for AI model readiness.
• Evaluate build vs. buy; conduct vendor assessments.
• Define success metrics for model performance and adoption.
• Design experimentation frameworks for performance improvement.
• Establish feedback loops for user behavior and outcomes.
• Drive adoption strategy and change management for business impact.
