Job summary

Cadmus seeks an experienced Intermediate AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a proposal-led engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. You will lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and translate business needs into actionable recommendations for AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs to develop blueprints, quantify value, and ensure alignment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience documenting processes, requirements, workflows, and operating models.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder interview skills.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to map current-state processes and pain points.
• Document processes, workflows, dependencies, and decision points.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities for Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models for transformation planning.
• Present findings and blueprint deliverables to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project leadership, data analysts, and AI SMEs throughout the engagement.
