Job summary

The Cadmus Group LLC is seeking an experienced Intermediate AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing Agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. You will partner with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze processes and develop blueprints for future-state workflows.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, process transformation, or consulting.
Proven ability to document processes, requirements, workflows, and future-state operating models.
Strong facilitation and workshop leadership to gather requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders and SMEs to understand current-state processes and pain points.
Document processes, workflows, dependencies, and decision points using standard methodologies.
Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and operational improvements.
Develop current-state and future-state process models for transformation planning.
Collaborate with AI SMEs and architects to define AI-enabled capabilities and requirements.
Develop blueprints detailing requirements, workflows, and success measures for proposed solutions.
