Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an experienced Intermediate AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing Agentic AI solutions that transform business operations.

You will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts to analyze current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop blueprints for future-state workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.
• Proven experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and future-state operating models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders and SMEs to understand current-state processes and operational challenges.
• Document processes, workflows, dependencies, and decision points using standard methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and operational improvements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models to support transformation planning.
