Job summary

Cadmus seeks an experienced Intermediate AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing agentic AI solutions that transform business operations.

You will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts to analyze current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable recommendations for AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.
Experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and future-state operating models.
Strong facilitation skills including leading workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand current-state processes and pain points.
Document processes, workflows, dependencies, and decision points using standard methodologies.
Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and operational improvements.
Develop current-state and future-state process models to support transformation planning.
Present findings, recommendations, and blueprint deliverables to client stakeholders.
