Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a proposal-driven engagement in the United States. You will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts to analyze current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and design agentic workflows.

You will lead discovery workshops, document requirements, translate needs into actionable blueprint deliverables, and collaborate with AI SMEs to shape solution concepts for client success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and operating models.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations and blueprint deliverables.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to map current-state processes and pain points.
• Assess agentic AI opportunities, define capabilities, and articulate workflow requirements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models and blueprints for transformation.
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and support implementation planning.
