Job summary

Cadmus seeks an experienced Intermediate AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement. You will analyze current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop blueprints for agentic workflows.

You will lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into actionable recommendations for AI-enabled transformation. This proposal-based role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts across functions to deliver

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.
Experience documenting processes, requirements, workflows, and future-state operating models.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder interviewing skills.
Ability to translate complex problems into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to map current-state processes and pain points.
Document processes, dependencies, and decision points using standard methodologies.
Identify AI opportunities and design blueprints for future-state workflows.
Collaborate with AI SMEs and architects to define capabilities and requirements.
Present findings and blueprints to client stakeholders and drive consensus.
