Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an Intermediate AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a proposal effort focused on analyzing and designing agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. You will lead discovery workshops, capture requirements, and translate business needs into actionable recommendations.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, SMEs, and AI specialists, delivering blueprints and recommendations to drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with degree as specified.
• Experience documenting processes and future-state operating models.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to map current-state processes and pain points.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models to guide transformation.
• Assess agentic AI opportunities and define workflow requirements with SMEs.
• Develop blueprints detailing requirements, rules, risks, and dependencies.
• Engage stakeholders, present findings, and align objectives with solutions.
