Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic engagement focused on agentic AI opportunities and business process design. You will lead discovery workshops, map current-state processes, and translate requirements into actionable blueprints.

Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and AI specialists to develop future-state workflows and assess value and feasibility. This role is for a proposal effort.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and future-state operating models.
• Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand current-state processes, pain points, and operational challenges.
• Document business processes, workflows, dependencies, and decision points using standard process analysis methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and operational improvements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models to support transformation planning.
