Friedman Williams seeks an experienced AI Transformation advisor in Chicago to support hands-on workflow analysis and AI-enabled solution delivery. You will partner with IT Strategy & Transformation, business services, and enablement teams to identify opportunities, document requirements, and guide adoption of Copilot and related tools.

Qualifications

Proven ability to analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered capabilities (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to improve productivity.
Experience capturing requirements, facilitating discussions, and translating needs into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Identify workflows, bottlenecks, and unmet needs through interviews and journey mapping.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution concepts.
Collaborate with IT, Innovation, Data, and M365 teams to design scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Configure AI-enabled experiences and prototypes for validation and feedback.
Champion GenAI transformation and ensure alignment across workstreams.
