Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and delivery management experience.
• Experience leading 1-2 end-to-end Agentic AI projects from POC to industrialization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML methods and data science concepts.
• Ability to coordinate globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Agentic AI implementations end-to-end, from POC to production.
• Drive complex project and program delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical, data science, business, and delivery functions.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Manage senior stakeholders and client relationships with clear communications and updates.
• Apply Agile methodologies, Scrum and iterative delivery to manage execution and risks.
