Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a Capital Partners AI Transformation Leader to own and scale AI as a core capability. You will define the AI strategy, drive adoption across CP, and partner with business and tech leaders to embed AI into daily workflows for measurable productivity gains.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, and ensure governance across risk and regulatory requirements while delivering tangible enterprise value.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Services.
• Experience implementing new technologies, advanced analytics, or automation; AI experience preferred.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, and regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with technology and data teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Blend of strategic and operational skills with executive level influence.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI strategy and roadmap across Capital Partners, aligning with enterprise priorities.
• Define goals, milestones, sequencing, resourcing, and budget for AI initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with broader strategy and enterprise technology direction.
• Communicate AI strategy and progress to senior leadership; advise on prioritization.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary CP AI team; enable scale with clear metrics.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Technology on governance and controls.
• Support CP areas in leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes and adoption.
