Job summary

Broccoli AI is seeking an AI Customer Strategy Lead to drive customer value from signed contract to live deployment in a high-growth software environment. You will own the rollout end-to-end, configure the platform to fit each business, and drive adoption across front office teams and technicians.

You will quantify ROI and operational impact across a portfolio while partnering with forward-deployed engineers.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in implementation, onboarding, deployment, or platform migration at a high-growth software or ops-heavy company.
• Experience in technology-transformation or systems-implementation consulting where you ran the rollout.
• Track record of getting customers live and adopting across a portfolio, ideally with SMB/multi-location operators.
• Measurable impact: adoption, retention, time-to-value, revenue, or operational improvement.
• Comfort with data; you can pull numbers, show impact and tell the story.
• Strong presence with senior leaders and frontline operators; you can earn a shop owner’s trust.
• AI-native mindset; you use AI tools daily and understand how AI reshapes business.

Responsibilities

• Own the rollout: scoping, configuration, launch, and adoption across front office, technicians, and locations.
• Learn the customer’s business first and configure the platform to fit how they operate.
• Drive adoption and value; quantify ROI, revenue, and labor savings.
• Manage a portfolio; run multiple rollouts and keep each on track to go-live.
• Be the customer’s trusted partner; build relationships and run day-to-day operations.
• Partner with engineering; you own the customer, configuration, and outcome.
• Influence the playbook and delivery model to scale the platform.
• Feed field learnings back to Product to shape the roadmap.
