VNS Health invites an AI Transformation Manager to drive enterprise AI adoption across Health Plans and Provider LOBs, partnering with technology, HR, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Clinical Quality, and Information Security to move AI opportunities from concept through readiness, governance, implementation, and adoption.

The role focuses on organizational readiness, workflows, roles, controls, and operating models, serving as an internal advisor and transformation partner for priority AI

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required in business, healthcare administration, organizational transformation, technology, management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, operating-model design, program management, strategy, business operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience advising leaders on process redesign, organizational change, operating-model improvement, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with AI governance, governance platforms, or enterprise risk-related processes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to assess how AI can improve operating performance, service delivery, workforce effectiveness, decision‑making, and experience.
• Evaluate organizational implications of priority AI use cases including workflows, roles, and controls.
• Facilitate discovery and define future-state operating models with stakeholders.
• Develop practical recommendations to redesign work around AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify readiness gaps and dependencies to enable successful implementation.
• Coordinate AI use-case and vendor assessments across Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and other functions.
• Prepare and facilitate recurring AI governance meetings and cross-functional reviews.
• Provide transformation and program leadership for high-priority AI initiatives.
