Job summary

VNS Health leads enterprise adoption of AI tools and workflows, scaling the organization’s OpenAI license and designing persona-based training for diverse teams to align with business goals. The role partners with senior leaders to define the right AI tool set, tracks adoption metrics, and drives daily workflow changes across the organization.

Applying candidates should have 8+ years in learning and development or AI enablement, experience at scale, and healthcare familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, change management, digital adoption, or AI enablement.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs at scale across a large, complex organization.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders to translate business workflows into tool and training strategy.
• Track record measuring and reporting adoption and impact metrics for a technology or process change program.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
• Minimum five years of management and people leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare or another large-scale, highly regulated service organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI tool strategy and scale OpenAI license adoption across the organization.
• Design and deliver persona-based AI training curricula for different roles and workflows.
• Work with leaders to identify the right AI tools for teams' workflows.
• Build and manage the change management program to drive daily workflow adoption.
• Define and track adoption metrics against the enterprise usage target.
• Own internal AI communications about new tools, capabilities, and Ways of Working.
• Build and lead an AI champion network across business units to sustain adoption.
• Continuously evaluate the enterprise AI tool landscape and advise on what to adopt, expand, or retire.
• Report on enablement impact and ROI as part of value realization tracking.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
