The position requires 10+ years in transformation leadership with healthcare experience and a proven ability to drive change across large, matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years enterprise-level program, strategy, or transformation leadership.
• Experience managing governance frameworks, complex portfolios, and executive stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, and related technologies.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through strategy and execution.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Experience working within regulated environments and managing compliance-focused initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap and investment strategy.
• Lead AI governance, portfolio management, and prioritization of AI initiatives.
• Partner with executive, clinical, operational, and technology leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Establish ROI frameworks and track business value across AI programs.
• Oversee AI vendor evaluations, contracts, and implementation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, governance, and clinical safety requirements.
• Drive change management, AI adoption, and organizational AI maturity.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across the enterprise.
