Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a forward-deployed leader to own the data, analytics, and AI product lifecycle for the Defense Engines & Services (DES) delivery transformation. You will partner with operators, planners, and engineers to turn AI ideas into working prototypes on real production data, guiding adoption across the platform.

You will build the DES data/AI roadmap, ensure rapid prototyping to production, and drive value through KPI alignment, governance, and scalable data fabric

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience, or an associate with 13 years, or a high school diploma with 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT.
• Ability to travel; 10-50%.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the lifecycle for multiple data, analytics, and AI products supporting the DES delivery transformation program.
• Build and maintain the DES data and analytics product roadmap aligned to delivery constraints.
• Stand up self‑service data and analytics for manufacturing, quality, and delivery data.
