Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead an AI enablement team focused on defense systems. You will own the end-to-end program, align stakeholders, and drive a scalable pipeline that turns pilots into enterprise-grade solutions.

You will manage platform backlog, coordinate four product-development teams, and track delivery metrics (including DORA), with a bias for action and transparent execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Program Management or IT
• CSPO/SAFe/PO/PMP certification preferred
• Military experience equivalence accepted for professional experience

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product backlog and intake: prioritization, sequencing, release
• Translate the Director’s roadmap into a resourced plan with dates and owners
• Run daily WOR/MOR cadence for platform team and keep plan Green
• Drive adoption of the golden-path delivery pipeline across four product-development teams
• Coordinate onboarding of teams onto shared services and paved road with clear entry criteria
• Manage dependencies between platform, product, and architecture teams without formal authority
• Define and maintain standard work for platform intake, change, and release
• Instrument platform adoption, reliability, and delivery metrics (including DORA) and report them
