Job summary

GE Aerospace invites an AI & Automation Lead for Product Development to shape the future of digital engineering. You will drive automation strategies across Teamcenter, NX, Cameo, and cloud environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-enabled solutions.

You will design roadmaps, integrate AI into engineering workflows, and guide teams through modernization, SDLC, and CI/CD practices while ensuring security and scalable deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or similar.
• 3+ years of engineering, manufacturing, digital technologies or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and product teams to map current-state workflows and define AI-native future-state processes.
• Lead and support process redefinition efforts to transform how engineering work gets done.
• Identify, prioritize, and build the business case for automation and AI opportunities with measurable impact.
• Define multigenerational capability roadmaps balancing near-term wins and long-term digital engineering vision.
• Embed with engineering teams to co-develop and validate tools and ensure adoption.
