Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a forward-deployed Product Leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of data, analytics, and AI capabilities in the Defense Engines & Services portfolio. You will work closely with planners, operators, and engineers, bringing AI-enabled concepts from concept to prototypes on real production data.

The role requires in-person attendance for New Hire Orientation on Day 1, with remote coordination to drive delivery metrics such as on-time parts output and inventory turns across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT
• Ability to travel; 10-50%

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the lifecycle for multiple data, analytics, and AI products that form the DES delivery transformation program.
• Build and maintain the DES data and analytics product roadmap and secure stakeholders.
• Stand up self-service data and analytics on manufacturing, quality, and delivery data for real-time decision making.
• Operationalize and sustain value from advanced analytics and agentic AI investments.
• Partner with central DT and Enterprise Data on data fabric and ontology adoption for reusable data models.
• Take AI-enabled ideas from concept to working software and advance prototypes to production-ready status.
