Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a forward-deployed data, analytics, and AI product leader to own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle for DES delivery transformation. You will partner with planners, operators, and engineers to turn AI ideas into working prototypes on production data.

You will embed with Genba teams, mentor product managers, and drive ETF value through rapid prototyping and disciplined delivery, with in-person orientation Day 1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience in IT or related field.
• Willingness to travel 10–50%.
• Experience leading data and AI product roadmaps and delivering value across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle for data, analytics, and AI products in the DES delivery transformation program.
• Build and maintain the DES data/analytics product roadmap and secure stakeholders.
• Stand up self-service data/analytics on manufacturing, quality, and delivery data for real‑time decision making.
• Operationalize value from advanced analytics and move prototypes into production within the operating model.
• Lead risk management including export controls, cybersecurity, and data governance.
