GE Aerospace is seeking a talented engineer to build the next generation of automation and AI solutions across Teamcenter, NX, Cameo, and cloud environments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to transform engineering workflows and deliver scalable capabilities while balancing near-term wins with a long-term digital engineering vision.

The role requires a passion for solving complex technical problems, strong collaboration, and hands-on development across Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, digital technologies or other technical field
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; US citizenship required

Responsabilités

• Partner with engineering and product teams to map current-state workflows and define AI-native future-state processes
• Lead process redefintion efforts to rethink how engineering work gets done
• Identify, prioritize, and build business cases for automation and AI opportunities based on measurable impact
• Define multigenerational capability roadmaps balancing near-term wins with a long-term digital engineering vision
• Embed with engineering teams to co-develop and validate solutions
• Establish support infrastructure with enterprise and Edison Works teams
• Drive change management, training, and ongoing support for engineering users
• Integrate AI and automation into engineering toolchains (Teamcenter, NX, Cameo, Ansys)
• Guide build vs. buy vs. leverage decisions for tools and platforms
• Apply Agile, SDLC, and CI/CD practices in delivery
