Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a skilled engineer to shape the next generation of automation and AI solutions for engineering workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to redefine processes, embed AI in Teamcenter, NX, Cameo and Ansys, and deliver scalable capabilities across cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, SDLC/CI/CD practices, and working within secure environments. A bachelor's degree and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, digital technologies or other technical field.
• U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with digital transformation and AI-native processes.

Responsibilities

• Map and redefine current-state workflows to identify bottlenecks and future AI-enabled processes.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to co-develop and validate solutions.
• Integrate AI into toolchains (Teamcenter, NX, Cameo, Ansys) and sustain capabilities.
• Lead change management, training, and ongoing support for engineering users.
