Job summary

Agentic AI is building a dedicated AI & Engineering team to design and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions powered by Claude. You will lead IT transformation efforts, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver scalable AI-enabled platforms for enterprise clients.

The role focuses on designing agentic AI systems, aligning business and engineering priorities, and guiding projects from concept to production in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in a consulting firm on large IT transformation projects.
• 6+ years in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis with modernization focus.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience developing AI solutions using Anthropic Claude models.
• 1+ years leading project workstreams or engagements and delivering measurable outcomes.
• 2+ years managing small onshore and offshore IT teams.
• 1+ years transforming SCLC to AI SDLC using Claude Code and Cowork.
• Advanced proficiency with Confluence and JIRA in a consulting/tech environment.
• Experience evaluating engineering toolchains across programs for modernization.
• Willingness to travel ~50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and sponsors as primary technical contact for your workstream.
• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects focusing on innovation, resiliency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Develop project plans and drive delivery of key technology initiatives within scope.
• Act as a liaison between business and engineering to align with change controls and priorities.
• Design and build Generative AI and agentic solutions using Claude.
• Lead small teams through requirements, design, process mapping, and support-model definition.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and resources; adjust as engagements evolve.
• Manage scope/schedule/cost changes per engagement processes.
• Identify risks and mitigations to protect delivery; communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide clear guidance and maintain consistent client and internal communications.
• Engage on engagements involving agentic AI, Claude-powered solutions, and enterprise integration.
• Advise clients on Generative AI adoption strategy and responsible AI practices.
