Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a senior AI/Engineering Engineer III to drive production-grade agentic AI solutions for large clients. You will design, implement, and deliver Claude-based multi-agent systems, integrating tools and ensuring governance and guardrails.

You will lead engagements, guide teams, and coordinate with client stakeholders across cloud platforms. The role requires 4+ years in AI/ML, 1+ year with Claude and agentic workflows, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, developing, and delivering production AI/ML solutions, incl. 1 year in Generative/Agentic AI
• 2+ years Python AI/ML app development
• 1+ year production agentic workflows including orchestration, tool integration, state mgmt, guardrails
• 1+ year with Claude Agent SDK and MCP integrations

Responsibilities

• Drive technology-focused client delivery across complex engagements
• Act as primary technical point of contact with client stakeholders
• Design and build Generative AI/agentic solutions using Claude
• Lead small teams through requirements, design, and delivery
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, and resources
• Identify risks and implement mitigations to protect delivery
• Communicate clearly with client stakeholders and leadership
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production
