Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design and implement enterprise AI automations and agentic workflows using Claude Enterprise. The role is remote within the United States and is a six+ month contract position, collaborating with client teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

You will lead the development of agent systems, skills, and evaluation suites, while coordinating multiple agents and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise or equivalent enterprise LLM deployments.
• Proven skills in multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation.
• Experience developing and managing Agent Skills and SKILL.md workflows.
• Familiarity with Managed Agents deployments and Claude Cowork.
• Strong programming ability in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience consuming and designing REST APIs and streaming data patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance workflows and AI agent systems powered by Claude.
• Develop and manage Agent Skills, SKILL.md workflows, and evaluation suites.
• Contribute to Managed Agents, Claude Cowork deployments, and coordination of multiple agents.
• Set up enterprise integrations, MCP connectors, and automation pipelines.
• Create scalable workflow frameworks and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Partner with technology leadership to deliver AI solutions ready for production.
