Job summary

3M is seeking a Sr Dir, Enterprise AI Adoption & Transformation to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across the organization. The role leads the AI employee experience, partnering with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and HR to identify high-value AI opportunities and scale solutions.

The candidate will translate business challenges into scalable AI products, guide governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes with executive communication and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology field completed before start.
• Twelve (12) years of experience in technology, digital transformation, product management, enterprise innovation, or related fields in private/public/government/military environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise adoption strategy for generative AI across the company.
• Serve as enterprise product leader for AI employee experience including roadmap and adoption strategy.
• Partner with leaders across functions to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI products, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Align to a structured process for AI use case intake, prioritization, governance and scaling.
• Lead executive demonstrations, workshops, and AI showcases to build awareness and demand.
• Build and activate a community of AI champions and power users.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, cybersecurity, data, cloud, privacy, and compliance teams.
