Job summary

Sun Chemical Corporation seeks a Director of AI Transformation & Intelligent Business Enablement to drive enterprise AI strategy across commercial, manufacturing, and functional teams. This CXO-level role translates AI capability into measurable business value and scales governance and operating models globally.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in business/strategy transformation leveraging technology and data capabilities, or in technology leadership roles.
Demonstrated success building or leading AI/Data analytics Centers of Excellence or enterprise-wide AI transformation programs.
Strong business acumen with ability to translate AI capability into commercial and operational value.

Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise AI transformation roadmap prioritizing use cases by business value, feasibility, and risk.
Build and lead a federated AI CoE model balancing central governance with embedded business-unit ownership.
Partner with leaders to quantify opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement, and productivity through AI-enabled solutions.
