Job summary

EIS seeks a Director of AI Transformation to own the corporate AI strategy and drive measurable business value across the organization. You will lead ROI-based prioritization, vendor partnerships, governance, and budget management, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with executive leadership to deliver impactful AI initiatives.

In this role you will establish an AI governance framework, champion adoption, and define milestones with clear success metrics tied to revenue, margin, and EBITDA

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading AI deployments with real users and measurable outcomes.
• Experience taking at least two AI initiatives from business case to production and adoption.
• Strong ability to drive change across multi-site or field-based operations.
• AI literacy with understanding of tools, LLMs, and automation platforms.
• Daily use of AI tools and ability to guide vendors and designers.
• Credible with CFO, CEO, and business leaders; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the company's AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities by ROI, feasibility, and strategic impact.
• Measure AI impact by business outcomes, not usage alone.
• Lead AI initiatives from business case through pilot, production, and adoption.
• Lead selection and management of AI vendors and software partners.
• Build the year-one AI budget and oversee it across tooling and investments.
• Establish AI governance structure and guardrails with Legal, IT, and HR.
