You will bridge technical execution with executive-level business consulting to deliver measurable business value across customers. This role emphasizes operational excellence, scalable delivery processes, and strategic partnerships with account teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS Professional Services navigating pivots or disruptive tech shifts.
• 2+ years leading high-performing teams of individual contributors.
• Experience designing, selling, and delivering solutions in SaaS Professional Services with team lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Advisory Team by interviewing, hiring and developing consultants with AI competencies.
• Coach for resilience by fostering daily experimentation and adapting delivery approaches.
• Drive GTM excellence by partnering with Sales to drive services bookings and expand strategic accounts.
• Engage with customers to understand evolving needs and inform future service offerings.
• Ensure fiscal health of the team and data accuracy in PSA tools; meet performance KPIs.
• Lead the AI pivot to an AI-Native PS model with higher-value strategic activities.
