Smartsheet seeks a VP of Product Management to lead AI product strategy and define a cohesive AI roadmap across platform and customer-facing features. You will report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer in Bellevue, WA or work remotely from anywhere in the US.

You will own AI portfolio outcomes, establish evaluation infrastructure, and partner across Product Marketing, Pricing & Packaging, and Sales to shape market strategy while guiding design for accessible, trustworthy AI experiences.

Qualifications

• 15+ years as a product manager for software products, B2B/B2C cloud experience preferred.
• 15+ years as a people manager.
• Experience shipping AI features or AI-powered products with generative AI and responsible AI practices.
• Strong collaboration with UX and engineering teams and customer focus.
• Ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Smartsheet's Applied AI product strategy.
• Own AI portfolio outcomes: adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue impact.
• Define roadmaps for AI initiatives from platform to customer features.
• Build data/evaluation foundations and make prioritization decisions.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Pricing & Packaging, and Sales for GTM.
• Collaborate with Customer Excellence and Sales on AI governance and automation.
• Guide design to create trustworthy AI experiences across segments.
• Monitor AI market trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Develop and mentor a world-class PM team.
