Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess change impacts and measure adoption.
• Experience in business transformation, process redesign and AI-enabled workflows.
• Client-facing delivery in complex operating environments with consulting background.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder management and executive presentations.
• Experience with change management frameworks and organizational design.
• Background in AI, automation, ERP, or data initiatives is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for AI and business transformation programs.
