Capgemini Invent in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead organizational change strategy for AI-enabled transformation programs. You will guide adoption initiatives, develop executive-ready communications, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes across strategy, technology, and people.

The role emphasizes governance, coaching, and high-quality deliverables with a strong emphasis on responsible AI practices and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

5-8 years OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
Ability to tie change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics.
Clear, pragmatic communicator with strong delivery discipline.
Understanding of AI-enabled tools in organizational change contexts and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches.
Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into adoption plans and KPIs.
Design and facilitate workshops for executives and teams to drive readiness.
Develop executive-ready narratives and structured recommendations for the transformation roadmap.
Shape governance artifacts and coach junior team members, partnering with business and technology teams.
