Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in transformation consulting at a top-tier firm (EY/McKinsey/PwC/Deloitte).
• Proven ability to translate AI capability into business strategy, not just tech
• Strong business acumen across finance, human capital, sales, and operations
• Experience advising senior leadership and guiding cross-functional adoption

Responsibilities

• Embed with portfolio company leadership to map AI value and build executive buy‑in.
• Advise on AI strategy across core functions and translate capability into practical decisions.
• Lead change management to adopt new ways of working with AI.
• Develop a repeatable framework for AI strategy and readiness scalable across the portfolio.
• Coach and upskill leadership to sustain progress independently over time.
• Partner with internal Portfolio AI leadership to shape broader transformation.
